KMDLNJ has estimated that the prison situation is good after investments that have recently been made in infrastructure.
Kosovo has even come first in the region with good conditions offered to offenders.
However, the prison - monitoring organization has criticism for managing these centers.
According to KMDLNJ director Behxhet Xhala, the influence has policy, while part of the blame for mismanagement is shared by internationals who have recently run these centres and now have influence on decision-making as consultants.
