Kosovo diplomacy has experienced major breakthroughs within these four years -- initially in the hands of Hashim Thaci, who after becoming president was replaced by Enver Hoxhaj and is now in the hands of Emmanuel Demaj.
But since Thaci is the other balance as a personality that has held this post, Enver Hoxhaj and Demaj have something that is not common but quite the opposite: the decouplor had boasted that he is a reader of various philosophers such as Jürgen Habermas or Henry Kissinger, the successor in the “ron” of Kosovo's top diplomat is a politician who cannot write.
Emmanuel Demaj, secretary of the Albanian Democratic Party, was appointed Kosovo's deputy foreign affairs minister in August last year. In that position he came after his party is in a coalition with the Democratic Party of Kosovo, while in that position he replaced former Deputy Prime Minister Petrit Selimi.

A year later, Demaj is in charge of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. But while at the top of this ministry was politician Enver Hoxhaj, who in many Facebook posts, boasted that he even reads philosopher “dy to three books during the month”, Demaj had become media themes for a whole other thing; the basic lack of spelling.
In January of this year, Demay had become a media topic because she had not even been able to write three lines without spelling mistakes. And no gratuitous mistakes, but fundamental mistakes.
And this person from Thursday will have some important processes directly related to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Kosovo is in the process of membership in INTERPOL one of the most important global security organisations, where Kosovo's membership in it depends directly on the work of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The process for application to be admitted into the UN organisation for cultural heritage depends on this ministry's work and direction, U n NESTO.
Above all, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs works are the new recognitions of the Kosovo state.
Now all these processes are in the hands of someone with basic spelling problems.
