Respondents to Radio Free Europe, Kosovo citizens have expressed regret over losing innocent people's lives.
Miranda Dula, who studies at the Academy of Arts at the University of Pristina, says no one has the right to take the other's life, so she condemns the latest attack on Barcelona, Spain.

The attack in Barcelona has condemned Republic of Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, who has said that the people of Kosovo co-operate with victims' families as a result of the terrorist attack on Barcelona.
“We strongly condemn this attack and, together with our allies, remain steadfast in the common and uncompetitive fight against terrorists worldwide”.
The democratic values our societies have built will not be desecrated by such weak attacks on innocent citizens, President Thaci wrote on his Facebook account.
Other leaders reacted after the attack on Barcelona.
The acting prime minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa has written on Twitter that he is deeply concerned with dramatic developments in Barcelona. Kosovo stands alongside the Spanish people and all those affected by this terrorist act.
Meanwhile, security expert from the Security Policy Research Centre KPRC Burim Ramadani has condemned the latest attack in Barcelona.
