“KMLDDJ condemning this violent attack on Mrs. Vitorie Stavileci, even in previous cases, has requested and requires quick, efficient, independent investigations that mean not to prejudge the leaders of this violent work and not be used for political purposes by any political subject. Prejudice and the supposed motive for the possible perpetrators of this violent but previous attacks that have not been enlightened represents flagrant interference in the work of investigative bodies that is illegal in a society where competencies are divided and where no political interference or other” is allowed, says KMLDNJ's reaction.
The KMDLNj deems it unacceptable and interventions in the case of the attack on Vitore Stavileci of PDK leaders at the press conference where, according to them, extensively and irrefutablely, it was said the attack was carried out by the “criminalists without developing, without completing the investigation and without a decision by the competent court.
This statement by some PDK leaders, KMDLNj considers it prejudice that has not been based on any evidence or interference in investigative affairs.
“The KMDLNj seeks and expects the PDK to distance itself from these charges of some of its leaders against a political subject, prevent investigations, await the outcome of investigations and the competent court's decision because it would thus close the path of prejudice and help justice through law enforcement and the rule of law. The accuser dictionary, in many prejudgment cases, is being used for political purposes, and this hate language is straining the situation by producing violence against mainly innocent and vulnerable persons such as the case of attack on Mrs. Vitorie Stavileci” is highlighted in response.
