The Supreme Court of Appeals' “Colegy consisting of two EULEX judges and a local judge, with EULEX judge leading the act on June 22nd 2017 in the case of J. K. PAKR 648/16. The controversial indictment was confirmed in connection with the acquittal of a murder charge for the unique 8 (eight) prison years pronounced against defendants from the Constitutional Court of Mitrovica, respectively, with fines of 1,500 euros (a thousand and five hundred), changed by 7 (seven) years in prison and a fine of 12000 euros and two hundred)”, said in a news release.
