It's been three years since the construction of the memorial complex “Ibrahim Rugova” in Istog.
Understanding agreement on co-finance between Istog Mayor Haki Rugova and MMPH Minister Ferid Agani has been signed for implementation of this project.
For the 2015 budget year of MMPH, 200 thousand euros have been earmarked, and 100 thousand euros have been shared by the Istog Community.
Since 2015, that's all that's been done.
