The outgoing prime minister and chairman of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa, has said those responsible for establishing institutions have their address.
“are those who organised and executed distrust of the Government. They don't need to be late, nor do they require extra hours and days, because leadership doesn't come up for a day”, Mustafa wrote on his Facebook profile.
