The girl from Slovenian and Lipjan came to this world six months later, the day her country declared independence.
Being the first child to be born on February 17, she was baptized under the name Independence.
Next year it turns 10 years. And on her jubilee anniversary, but also of Kosovo independence, the girl wants a special guest: GW Bush.
