At the end of the consultative meeting, an embarrassing situation occurred when Enver Hoxhaj extended his hand to welcome the leader, Adem Mikulovci, while the latter did not return the same, Periscope reports.

Enver Hoxahj initially greeted him from a distance by saying "x0" goodbye to Miklovci's “says goodbye, and don't sleep... and don't say goodbye to yourself that it doesn't hurt”.

Then Hoxhaj approaches him to extend his hand but remains extended after Mikulovci does not do the same. /Periscopi/
