An electronic letter state lawyer Shefqet Hasimi had sent to Kosovo Privatisation Agency officials (AKP) on June 2nd of this year has cost him a suspension. Hashem has been suspended today from his work in the State Lawyers with a decision made by Justice Minister Dona Hoxha.
Due to Hasim's suspension from work, according to the decision made by Minister Hoxha, it is the fact that Hasimi had criticised the AKP's top officials over the Grand Hotel case under consideration by the International Court of Arbitrazhi (GJND).
“Z. Shefqet Hasimi, State Attorney in the Ministry of Justice State, is suspended. For the fact that this case [the case of the Gradn v.j Hotel] is already at odds in international arbitration and such statements without arguing] of state officials, the more responsible the institution, which is under legislation in force for representation of the Republic of Kosovo in this arbitration procedure, is considered a serious violation of the pre-conceived provisions at”, the Justice Ministry's decision said.
Insander has secured the Justice Ministry's decision to suspend Hoxha, which is being taken today by the signing of Minister Hoxha. The decision also published electronic letters that the state lawyer, Shefqet Hasimi, had sent to AKP managing director Ekrem Hajdari and Deputy Director Avni Jashar.
In this e-mail sent, Hasimi criticises senior AKP officials even for abuses and corruption in the case of renting a parcel of land.

The state lawyer also tells Kosovo Privatisation Agency officials that they have damaged Kosovo even in the case of the Grand Hotel, warning them that they may be investigated for these abuses.

The justice ministry has said that against Shefqet Hasimi, disciplinary procedure has been initiated due to violation of the law, Inseder reports.
