Germany's ambassador to Kosovo, Angelika Viets, has commented on the performance of the Parliament's Constituent session.

When asked what you were thinking about the session, she briefly said “turp”.
At today's constitutional coalition session The PAN asked for a two-hour pause to come up under the name of the Speaker of the Parliament candidate, and that proposal was put to the polls. Votering split votes 60 pro and 60 against, while The PAN continued to refuse to name the candidate. On this occasion, the chairman, Adem Mikulovci, concluded the session, while now calling the parliamentary groups to proceed with the start of 1500.
