Wenesse, who is a master's personal coach, has been doing 18 months to complete diagnosis of lung cancer, writes Periscope.

This picture was taken just a few hours after I was diagnosed with lung cancer at stage 4. I'm 30-year-old, personal trainer, runner, don't smoke and eat healthy. When you've got non-needy cancer, you look sick on the outside. Symptoms may be a little sensitive, and they appear from time to time. ”

She also says this week has been the most challenging one in her week.
