Ten other vacationers were shocked running through panic to leave the scene.
Shots fired occurred at 1500 local time at “Dolores Park”.
The attackers left in a speeding car.
Police are currently looking for several suspects and will stay in the park all the time.
Two of the three hit victims are in critical condition at San Francisco General Hospital, authorities said.
