The European Union building in Brussels has held a minute of silence in honour of the victims in the Barcelona terrorist attack, which occurred yesterday, where 13 people and hundreds of others were killed.
European Union flags were also lowered to half a spear in honour of the victims.
The terrorist attack took place Thursday evening and left 13 people dead and more than 100 others injured. Among the victims were 24 different countries in the world, writes The Guardian.
The third person was arrested Friday morning and so far has no information on whether she is a driver who had fled the scene after the attack.
There is no accurate information, but Musa Okabir, 18, is thought to have carried out the attack.
