We welcome the fact that this case has been resolved constructively. Bilateral respect, good interethnic relations and strengthening regional co-operation remain the basis for the European path of the entire region”, European Commission spokeswoman Maja Kocijanci said.
Earlier, she said the EU carefully follows the development of events between Belgrade and Skopje, but refused to comment on bilateral issues between the two countries.
“Hopefully both sides show caution and resolve problems peacefully, with good inter-side relations”, Kocijanci said earlier today.
