Entent in central Tirana, revealed because of conflict why they wanted to kill the young

The arrest of four suspects took place in Vlora during the police operation, codenamed “Poker”, while the crime motive has been a row between Davis Rrustaj and Marglen Hoxha.

The two people were physically conflicted between them on August 1st after an incident with their cars at “Mother Teresa” in the capital.

They were followed for several days until they faced weapons on August 3rd.

The four handcuffed are charged with the attempted murder of Marigglen (Lrenc) citizen Hoxha with whom they had had a collision several days before the event.

Official sources said they have arrested citizens Davis Rrustemaj, (in the role of the execution), 27, residents in Tirana, Klaydi Kodra, (in the role of accomplice ), 27, residents of Tirana, Igler Qose, (in the role of accomplices) 26, residents in Bulqiza and Ardit Jefferson, (author of crime), 31, resident in Tirana.

Four of these citizens fell into chains in Vlora, where police found them in several hotel dwellings where they were registered with false names to be overlooked. Two of those arrested, Davis Rrustemaj and Clay Kodra according to police, are persons with criminal precedents.

Police have said that based on new film footage and evidence at the scene, on the date 03.08.2017, around 19:40 on the “road. Sulejman Delvina”, Davis Rousstemaj, moving with the “tool BMW X5”, along with citizens Clyde Kodra, and Igler Qose, due to a poor motive conflict, has fired a firearm in the direction of the “Benz”, where the citizen Mariglen Hoxha, 25, was otherwise known as Lawrence Hoxha, outside of life.

Following the arrest of four people in Vlora, the vehicle used in the crime has also been found.

Police stressed that they were seized in the quality of material evidence BMW X5” and three mobile phones.

Meanwhile, the weapon used by Davis Rrustemaj has not been found, nor has the one used by Mariglen (Lrenc) Hoxha, since police have said there was a shootout on the scene.

Following the arrest of four suspects, police said they referred to materials in the Judiciary Circle Prosecutor for Citizens Davis Rrustemey, Clay Kodra and Igler Qose for criminal work “attempted assassination conducted in co-operation”, envisioned by Article 78 of the Penal Code and for citizen Ardit Xhaferri, for criminal work “Supporting crime author”.

Davy Rrustemaj, 26, who was arrested for the event at the “Paris Comun” is a well-known character for the police. Just a few months ago, on May 4th 2017, he was injured after being shot by two people who were riding on a motorcycle. The event occurred around 18:20, near a mosque, on “Gianfize Coco”, in the Kinostudio area.

The wounded man is Davis Rrustemaj, from Tirana's Tirana residential Tropoja, formerly prosecuted by the capital's police for rowing.

During his interrogation at Trauma Hospital, he first gave other identities to police officers.

Tirana police said 26-year-old Davis Rrustemaj was previously convicted of “violent involvement in co-operation”, “Candation”, “Protion and possession without permission of combat weapons and ammunition” and “Plagisations deliberately carried out in co-operation”.
