He also called for accepting Ahtisaari's plan in 2007, as a basis for continuing Brussels' dialogue.
According to him, the reality is that Kosovo's independence today is recognised by the majority of UN and EU member states and that the International Court of Justice has decided that Kosovo's declaration of independence was not a violation of the UN Charter, nor of international law, nor of Resolution 1244.
“Serbia's sovereignty over Kosovo exists only in the preamble of its constitution. Being slaves to this reality, the country is suffering huge losses as in politics and development”, Draskovic said of Blic.rs, broadcast Indexline.
