Xhemajlaj Thaci told “Gazeta Blic” that she had been the target of justice, despite what she said to him she respected all the procedures for cutting up the works in the facility where it was built.

“The decision is political because for this construction we have developed all procedures, processes and the decision to interrupt the works and we have placed the tape as an official sign, even through municipal attorneys we have made a criminal statement and the case has been sent to the court in Drenas, then a court process has developed and there is even a decision of formal form.”, she declared.

Now, when she and Halim Vrellak, who was carrying out the duty of chief inspectorate in this municipality, the Constitutional Court has pronounced the sentence, cast a dilemma on the guilty of the officers who were acquitted.

“The question is how the builder can be released and punished. It is noteworthy that in this case, there are no parties that are damaged because by law owners themselves are residents of”, said Xhemajlaj-Thaci.

“Gazeta Blic” has managed to secure in physical copies the 2016 decision by the Pristina Foundation Court branch in Glogovc regarding the case.

According to the indictment, Izet Kukaj, owner of the company “Elite-A” during June 2013, in the V residential block of the Drenas municipality, and illegally built a floor in the subsum with a total of 14 residences with a total of 1800 square metres.

The indictment specified that 13 of these Izet Kukaj residences were sold in the amount of 252 thousand euros, and one of them has stopped for himself.

According to the indictment, one of the illegal construction residences at the Drensa residential facility was bought by the accused's brother, Exhije Xhemajlaj-Thaci, Isa, who in the early local elections in Drenas, has been competing for mayor of this municipality from NISMA.

He told “Gazeta Blic” he bought the apartment after E Company. The LTA has introduced her consent from the Crenasis Community.

“I Isa Xhemajlaj I claim that I have never gone through law in my life, and this is very easily verifiable in the organs of justice“, he declared.
