The Constitutional Court in Pristina ʹ branch in Podujevo has reviewed the case “Unauthorized crossing of border crossings or border line” by Article 146 par.2 related to par 1 and Article 31 of KPRK, against ten of whom five Serbian citizens and five Russian citizens were accused.
The prosecution has initially filed a request for the appointment of the detention measure, which the request has drawn by the parliament, to file an indictment at the request for the granting of the punishment order, penalty without maintaining judicial examination.
The court has approved the prosecution's request for the provision of the penal order and for the defendants has pronounced the fine of 250 euros (two hundred and fifty euros) for each separately, and has obliged them to pay 20 euros for the 20-euro trial slipper for the”, the Foundation Court communiqué in Pristina says.
After paying the fine sentence, the defendants will be taken to the nearest border point by Kosovo Police.
The accused were arrested yesterday near Podujevo by Kosovo Police for illegal border crossings.
