Only three days left to the Kosovo Energy Corporation to persuade the residents of Hada and Shippitula to reach agreement on expropriation. This is expected on August 10th to conclude the public debate on the Law for Displacement, after which the Government of Kosovo will make the final decision on expropriation under this law.
In KEK, they have told the newspaper that following the reflection of two families that Berisha and Gajqevci, has interest in other residents to reach agreement, writes today “Koha Ditore”.
Skender Bucolli, director of Communication with the Public at KEK, has said that the agreement with the two families in question has been marked by the start of the crisis exit. That, according to him, is in the priority area parcels, for which the Government of Kosovo has made a decision on expropriation on July 21st.
According to him, KEK's bids for residents in this area have been more convenient under the Exposition Policy Framework, than those with the Law for Exploitation, although, as it said, from the very beginning KEK had insisted that you go through the Law on Proposal.
