Serbia's Foreign Minister, Ivica Dacic, simultaneously the main ally of Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, has suggested compromise to end the conflict on Kosovo.
It appears that Kosovo will be one of the main issues in Serbia's accession negotiations in the European Union.
Everyone needs the permanent solution to the Serbian-Albanian conflict, and it can only be reached by the agreement of Serbs and Albanians, where everyone would win and lose something”, Dachic writes in an authorial article published today in the Belgrade daily Vecernje Novosti.
“This is the idea of historic compromise and ethnic right”, writes Dachic, and explains this is the “idea of determining borders to what is Serb and Albanian, and normalising our reports, securing Serbian Orthodox heritage with the formation of independent monastery communities under a Greek model, then the Community of Serb municipalities for Serbs in the south, financial compensation for the government's usurped state and private”.
Mr. Dacic, wrote this article in the period when before a time Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, is committed to an internal dialogue regarding Kosovo.
“This is my proposal, based on the desire for Serbs to gain something while there are very little”, writes apart from that, Ivica Dacic, and points out that for the pre-missive <x2-topic strains or for the analysis that Kosovo is lost for Serbia, there is time to love”.
Daciq stresses that my “proposal is the only real and only in the interest of Serbs and Albanians, and the only one that can quickly be realised”.
