The Ministry of Energy and Industry has been forced to cancel the concession for the Bustrica 4 hydropower plant because the quota where the HEC was supposed to build affect the Shebenik-Jablanica National Park.
One of the most protected subzonings of Pentecost, even on the map of U NECSO as part of the World Heritage seems to have also served as a fit to keep out.
Details revealed the Energy Ministry itself in announcing the annulment of this concession.

Jabllanica, where much of it falls into the area designated as the Central subzone of Stream, with the highest degree of protection and recently with the forest area declared by the U.S. NESTO as part of the World Heritage of Nature.
