The candidates for mayors in Macedonia will be elected by citizens

The ruling party in local elections candidates for mayors and councilors will choose through polls we will make in citizens. So LSDM Chairman Zoran Zaev said today. “Communs in everyday life are a serious factor with influence in the lives of citizens, and the ruling party will select candidates through surveys that will take place in citizens”, Zaev said during his visit to Berova, submits Telegrafi Macedonia.

He stressed that election bodies in the party have already been formed, while decisions for mayoral candidates and municipal advisers will also be brought in these days.

Zaev hoped the elections would be creditable, fair and democratic, for citizens to have a democratic choice of their municipal representatives.
