Macedonia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs still has no official information from Belgrade about why diplomats and employees from the Serbian Embassy in Skopje have withdrawn.
From Macedonia's MPJ to MIA says communication with Serbia's MPJ has been established to confirm the reasons for this procedure.
It is expected that during the official day of clarification will be given by Serbian diplomacy chief Ivica Dacic. Serbian Ambassador Dusanka Divjak Tomic told Serbian media that for now she cannot comment on the situation and warned more about today.
The MPJ informs us that in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Venice Convention for Diplomatic Relations, Macedonia's respective institutions are taking measures to protect the security and integrity of Serbia's embassy in Skopje.
All diplomats of the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in the Republic of Macedonia withdrew to urgent consultations in Belgrade. For now, there is no official information about what the reason for the withdrawal is.
From Macedonia's Ministry of Internal Affairs informs that following the MPJ announcement that Serbia's Embassy withdraws to consultations in Belgrade, following the embassy's request, security growth measures were taken at their location. / MIA/
