Behxhet Shala's reaction as if he were chief of the PDK's GP or SHICH agent

Vetevendosje Movement spokesman Shkodran Hoti has published the KMDLNJ) communiqué for today's session, which he writes as if he don't know whether her leader has written Behxhet Shala as head of the PDK Parliamentary Group, SHIKCH agent or, he says, just like a fugitive before Kadri.

Take a look at the communiqué from KMDLN for the failure of today's session to see the worry and deep indignation of the chairman of this organization, Behxhet Shala, the condition being made to the man Kadri Wessel! For me, it's hard to understand whether Beja wrote this communique thinking of herself as the chief of PDK GP, as an agent of ShIKT, or just as a spy before Kadri.

DOY EWAY A CONSTITU SENCY IV E UNVENTION COSOVA!

On August 14th 2017, the fifth session ( 5th) was held and failed for the election of Kosovo's Parliament's governing bodies, after which the way would be opened for the election of Kosovo Prime Minister and the Government of Kosovo. Coalition PAN, with supporters of the Serb minority and non-Serb partners, suggested the failure at the August 14th session as long as a political agreement is not reached and as long as the opposition does not condition the coalition candidate PAN for Speaker of the Parliament. KMDLNj, from the very beginning, has supported the leader (according to age) who heads the Constitutive session until selecting the governing bodies of the Parliament by asking him to maintain political impartiality until he is in position. KMDLNY has made it clear that Mr. Miculovci is right and there is no constitutional limit to calling the constitutional session at any time and without getting consent from anyone, and that is not to be discussed. The KMDLNj, taking into account the state of state of emergency, blocking the country, requires the head of the session that, because of the sensitivity of the situation, consult all political subjects in order to reach a political and reasonable consensus so that the situation in the Assembly is unblocked and the MPs simultaneously sought to participate in an unconditional voting power session would be determining for the election or election of proposed candidates, not for the insistence of the VVVV and for the LA candidate to be determined PAN not be chairman to be not Mr. Wessel but a favourite and accepted by the opposition. VV has its own accounts of going to extraordinary elections and LAA conditioning against Mr. Wessel is linking it with the motion to oust the government, Mustafa, although the government part of the PDK was also dropped by this motion. Simply, conditioning for voting with political consensus on the governing bodies of the Parliament has remained a hostage to personal resentment because of a political past.

KMDLNj, recognizing Mr. Mikulovci, who recognizes the Constitution of Kosovo, however, recalls that there cannot be a constant session when you do not have the quorum of at least 61 deputies that was not secured at the last two sessions; there were 53 deputies at the recent session; and at the latest session 55 MPs. Master, Mr. Chairman. Mikulovci, in both sessions through the 15-minute pause, made an effort to secure the quorum, but after not secured, according to the Parliament's Rule, he had to terminate the session and not allow debates filled with hate speech and numerous threats. The head of the session was not supposed to allow the disappearance of hate speech as it did on August 14th, as long as the constitutional hearings were never allowed to debate, while the debate was completely unnecessary and harmful. At the constitutional session, whether voted or not for the proposed candidates, not for this session to be transformed into an illegal prosecutor and country for lynching political opponents, though they were not present. The KMDLNj reminds some MPs, with long parliamentary experience that it is regulated by law how the heads of the Parliament are elected and that there can be no selective elections, according to political and party interests, so not to continue blocking the functioning of the Parliament through futile proposals and not relying on laws in power. KMDLNj considers that in a completely tense situation in debates that were not to be allowed , the only reasonable discussions, additional and forward contributing have been of Ali Lajci from VV, Labinot Tahiri from LAA ( AKR ) and Naser Rugova from LAA ( LDK ).

KMDLNj made public invitation to the coalition PAN participate in the Kosovo Assembly Constituent sessions, while there is a request for the chairman of the session. Miklovci stick to the Parliament Rule and prevent the tension of the Parliament situation.

KMDLNj asks the State Prosecutor to seriously address the charges being made at the Assembly session and in line with the facts to act on the Law.
