Using the results of the questionnaires from the Sexual Funcation Index, researchers have examined 2,173 women who are pre-manopause.
The results, which were published in Psychological Medicine, show that women's ability to experience orgasm was the most stable over the period of seven years, while sexual pleasure was the most different.
According to the study, women who had changed partners twice over seven years had noted improvements in sexual pleasure, since women with the same partner for seven years had reported for at least improved in sexual function and satisfaction.
