Astrit Dehari case hostage to government formation

The case of Vetevendosje Movement activist Astrit Dehari has remained hostage until government formation. This, since the Dehar family request for the Swiss Independent Institute to carry out expertise, was once rejected by former Prime Minister Isa Mustafa. Dehar family lawyer Tome Gashi has said about “Indexline”
Dehar family lawyer Tome Gashi has said about “Index” that the family is awaiting the new government to submit their request for an Institute in the United States, or any EU state.
According to him, the Dehar family's request had been rejected by the then government with the reason that Switzerland is not a state of the European Union.
Because the Government has not kept its promises to allow the Swiss Independent Institute, we are now waiting for the formation of the new government to submit a new request. Astrit's family had selected the Swiss Independent Institute, but the government had refused, claiming that Switzerland is not a state of the European Union. Astrit Dehar's family will decide whether to present the new request for the same institution, right? But, of course, there will also be consultations to decide whether to apply for any US Institute, or EU state”, Gashi has declared.
He has clarified that the Dehari family's demand for research to be conducted in Switzerland was because they had lived in that country for 20 years and for expertise they didn't have to pay at all.
That, according to Gashi, will change whether to decide for any US Institute or any other state in the EU.
That Institut was selected by Astrit's parents since they and Astrit had lived in Switzerland for about 20 years and trusted their experts to tell the truth. The idea of Dehar's family has also been to be free of spending because for the Swiss Institute's identification, not one euro has been required, because they have lived there for 20 years, while for choosing any US institute or any EU state, it certainly cannot be done with speculation, but research has to be done about credit institutions”, it is expressed further.
Gashi has added that Legal Medicine in Pristina had not concluded that Astrit Dehari had committed suicide, but such a statement had stemmed from the case prosecutor in order to manipulate the public.
We remember that Astrit Dehar had lost his life in Prizren prison on the day of November 5, 2016.
