Vetevendosje MP Albulen Haxhiu says the blockades should be returned to the Assembly hearings.
She says Enver Hoxhaj had asked for just two hours off and PAN never returned to the Assembly.
She writes:
Coalition PAN, though saying they have votes, was delayed two hours at the constitutional session on August 3rd. When they arrived two hours later, they requested two more hours. Enver Hoxhaj said “probably after lunch things change”!
After two hours, they never came back. They didn't even show up on Friday in the constant session.
The head of the Constituent session, MP Adem Mikulovci, has full rights to call the constitutional session, whenever he considers it necessary and reasonable. There's no obligation to meet the requirements for consultative meetings.
Blockers need to get back to the Assembly hearings. To pave the way for the Government's creation, the Assembly's construction needs to be done as soon as possible.
