Pristina's Constitutional Court has scheduled the 13 September session to 4 Kosovo Parliament deputies from the Vetevendosje Movement ranks.
Albin Kurti, Albulen Haxhiu, Donika Kadayi Buyup and Faton Topalli will appear in the trial for gas drop in the Kosovo Assembly.
News of the session's appointment for KALLXO.com confirmed the tribunal's spokeswoman, Mirlinda Gashi.
The act against Vetevendosje deputies was established in December 2015.
According to the indictment, “defendants Albin Kurti, Albulen Haxhiu, Donika Cadaj-Bujupi and Faton Topalli are charged with each and every single one of them committing criminal acts in the use of weapons or dangerous means and obstructing the official person during the performance of the formal task”.
The defendants had been arrested for this work during November 2015.
The initial session was held on January 6, 2016,
After reading the indictment, the Kurti deputies, Caday-Bujupi and Haxhi were not declared guilty while MP Topalli was declared innocent.
Although not declared guilty, MPs rejected the indictment by naming it political.
