Sources close to the investigative group have indicated that MP Rakipi did not result in consuming alcoholic beverages, while allegedly there could be a speed beyond the allowed standards of that road segment.
Meanwhile, the expert has found the victim guilty in the accident, where Albanian Parliamentary MP Saif Rakipi was involved earlier in the day.
Meanwhile, Rakipi himself will be investigated in a free state on charges “remove from the site of the” accident and “violation of the circulation rules”.
