The Witness who filmed this video and many other tourists have given their testimony to the police.
Meanwhile, the Albanian Embassy in Madrid called on all Albanian citizens to avoid Las Ramblas' mall in Barcelona, where Thursday afternoon's terrorist attack took place, as well as follow local authorities' instructions.
The foreign ministry suggests there is no information about Albanian victims. Minister Bushati condemned this barbarous act by expressing solidarity with the Spanish people and condolences to victims' families.
