Ahmetaj: Wessel remains our candidate for chairman, we do not move from this position

PDK member Mimoza Ahmetaj, who holds the position of the Minister of Integration, has said that a constitutional meeting of institutions cannot be invited without a consultation with the PAN.

She has been talking about their non-participation in the continuation of the session, adding that they cannot ignore and abide by other parties, which, as she has said, are not the winners of the elections, Klan Kosova reports.

Ahmetaj has further confirmed that they as a coalition are steadfast for the candidate for the chief parliament, which is Kadri Wessel.

“Vessel remains the only candidate for speaker of the Parliament further, and this is the position we do not move”.

The subposition is trying to challenge the PDK itself, it added.

Ahemtaj has declared that the PDK is not blocking institutions because it is the party that has served the people and indicators on it, as he has said, are not just the latest events.

The PAN's “Fellows, who have been in uniform, have helped the country when Kosovo had the most need of”.

“We've required two hours to postpone the session, but it was Vetevendosje's leader who stopped this session”.

“The PDK is committed to respecting the laws and the Constitution and respecting the will of the people we have received a motion for distrust”.

So according to Ahmetaj, they cannot accept the fact that PAB is a blocker.

She has confirmed that next week she is expected to go to the meeting rather than then agree on how to act further.

Our decisions should be taken to agree with coalition partners to hold the next meeting Wednesday”, Ahmetaj has declared.
