Adriatic journalist Kelmendi says the PDK is not the biggest party in Kosovo, nor is Kadri Wessel the most voted candidate in Kosovo.

So, Kelmendi says, this party and its leader cannot block the country this way.

The PDK as a party is not the biggest in Kosovo, but divided it with LDK in second place.
Kadri Wessel is not the most voted MP in Kosovo, but he is Albin Kurti.
The PAN as a coalition has emerged the most voted subject in the election and is entitled to propose the candidate for the Speaker of the Parliament and then the candidate for prime minister.
