The first voter test, which took place after PAN's request for additional time, confirmed only 60 of their votes, along with minority communities and LDK deputy Teuta Rugova, writes today Koha Ditore.
It has just as many other camp made up of the Vetevendosje Movement and the united coalition around the LDK. PDK officials have been exploiting the session “closing the session” on the part of the leader to warn they will not participate in its continuation.
But, according to lawyers, boycott of coalition session PAN is at odds with the 2014 Constitutional Court's decision.
The Constitutive Session is never called closed without its main purpose being realized, the choice of chairman and vice president of the Parliament”, lawyer Fargan Qorrolli said.
