The Board of Directors of the Kosovar Privatisation Agency has approved today final employee lists for 20 %s for publication and distribution of resources for four social companies “Gjakova”, Lesani Agricultural Cooperativa, Enti for Urbanism and Project Engineering Pristina” and the Sterpce Veterans Station.
At today's meeting, the Board of Directors discussed the latest wave of the sale of companies' assets in liquidation by No.34 and approved asset transactions that were for sale in the public tender, while approved a list of properties to be tendered for sale of assets number37 and their deposits.
The Board also approved temporary distribution reports for creditors of four NSh-in liquidation “Talinoc”, “Sharr”, “Tree Tourist”, “Zhupa”, in the amount of 42,090.17 euros.
The board also approved the Commission's two recommendation reports on a specific asset review, where the green light was given to continue with direct negotiations on the subjects addressed in these two reports and, at the end of the process, the final report is brought back to the Board for Treatment and Approval.
The board discussed the process of determining the status of social-owned enterprises and property and asked the management to intensify the efforts, so that as soon as possible it could end this important process.
The agency, at the request of the Board, will take advantage of opportunities through media publications inside and outside Kosovo to seek testimony concerning the status of judicial subjects. Companies “were assigned to this meeting as a social company with the Board's decision Charrdrvo-export” Shtrpce, and “Agricultural Cooperativa Zaduga” Osoyan, Istog.
Meanwhile, social enterprise properties were discussed, and in this framework the Board approved some direct rents of social enterprise assets in liquidation and some rent of gas pumps announced through public declarations on June 7, 2017.
The board also approved the Commission's seven-member report on the sale of social enterprise-owned housing to their users, under the Law in force, this important process for completing the liquidation of social companies.
