15-year-old accuses of raping my aunt's husband: My niece is like my daughter.

The 54-year-old arrived at the Berat Court around 11:00 yesterday, while his wife and daughter arrived shortly after him. The prosecution's body, referring to the girl's testimony, accuses Turan, resident of the village of Duhana, in the suburb of Berat of sexual violence.

Three days ago, though, at the time she was in her aunt's apartment, and the latter, along with her daughter, has not been home, she accuses her aunt's husband of engaging in sexual violence. The girl has just left my aunt's apartment and filed charges against the 54-year-old, who was arrested by police and facing charges. From the moment of arrest, interrogation and until the hearing of security measures, the 54-year-old is taught that he has rejected the charge weighing on him.

He has clearly stated that he has not practiced sexual violence against his wife's niece, even treating her like his own daughter. Not one of the girls' family members has been present at the Berat Court but the accused's family has not been absent.

Fajre Turani along with her daughter, Alketa, have indicated that they are in defense of her husband and father because they believe in his innocence. The accused's wife, Fajre Turan, says that her husband is innocent and has not performed the work of which her niece accused her.
