The woman who killed 90 years old is sentenced to 20 years in prison

The Foundation Court in Ferizaj, the Court of the Department of Criminals on July 12, 2017, declared a condemnation of indictees N. N, which on the basis of the Constitutional Prosecutor's Act of Ferizaj, is accused of committing the criminal offense of committing the 179 paragraph 1 under paragraph 1.4 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.

Conform Article 367 paragraph 2 of the KKPPRK, the defendant continues the detention measure until the indictment takes a formal form, but no longer than the conviction pronounced by the court as higher.
