Based on the photo removed from the Penal Code, referring to the recent case of the death of 63-year-old in Gjilan, where witnesses such as were seen in camera footage, have refused to provide first aid, if convicted, could be punished from one to eight years in prison, broadcast Klan Kosova.
Klan Kosova has previously contacted Gnjilan police spokesman Ismet Hashani, who has confirmed that the witnesses in the case have been interviewed and in their statements have acknowledged that at the moment when the landed situation lay to the ground, they have called the number of emergency cases.
