Within days, it is expected to become Kosovo's Assembly Constitution following the confirmation of the election results that took place during yesterday. Immediately after the Kosovo Parliament's transition, under the result, coalition candidate PAN, Ramush Haradinaj, is required within days to propose the formation of the Kosovo government.
Based on results released by June 11th National Elections, it is the coalition parties P DK, AAK, NISMA, who have the right to propose Kosovo's prime minister and the country's leadership in general.
In this regard, MP from the Albanian Vetevendosje Movement Group Pantina has told Indexline that such a thing cannot be done because PAN, even if it gets the votes of minority deputies, still does not get enough votes.
“PAN has only 39 deputies, and if all MPs from minority communities vote for their candidate they still don't have enough” votes, Pantina said.
Even in this case, it is being continued.
“Not only is it unprincipled, but it's too low this attitude of trying to buy the vote of MPs who against the will of their voters could vote something else from their subject's decision” has added Pantina.
According to deputy Pantina, Vetevendosje expects the candidate from the PAN ranks for prime minister after the constitution is formed to surrender the mandate.
“We expect that candidate PAN for prime minister after the constitution of the Parliament hand over the mandate, even after trying to make the government even without even trying to make use of our right. Until then, I believe we will reach an agreement with the LAA coalition on the governing programme, as well as the formation of the government”, the Pantina has concluded.
