Publicist Veton Surroi, in an authorial writing at Koha Ditore, titled “The problem of honour” has analysed Ramush Haradinaj's position as the nominated PANUit for prime minister and his invitation to other parties to meet.
I understand his feeling. What long characterizes it is the direct form of communication based on an almost medieval code of word, hand-tightening as a stronger contract than any written and verified on notary or court. ”, writes Surroi.
According to Surroi, the problem facing Haradinaj has a double nature.
According to him, the AAK is initially part of the coalition with the PDK, a party which is responsible for the capture of the state.
The second reason according to publicist Surroi, why support only in Ramush Haradinaj's word is insufficient, lies in a poor experience in the past.
At the time the AAK was in Government, on top of it since 2004-2007, AAK representatives in Government have created a significant list of damages for the country. During Bujar Dugolli's mandate, Minister of Trade and Industry, the privatisation of “Ferronkeli” signed preferential agreements with KEK for electricity supply, which we as citizens were obliged to pay the current for “Alferon” (six million euros per year). During Etchem Ceku's mandate, Energy Minister, the effort was made that with “axem trade” Kosovo sign contract to build 2100 capacity thermal power plants Me. The contract was designed so that Kosovo could remain dust and ash, while coal investors and profits from electricity exports.
These were the ministers of the AAK government- The LDK, led by Bajram Kosumi, who, despite much efforts to recall any of his heritage, will leave in memory the brochures that were printed after each visit abroad, with mandatory photos of motorcycle officers opening up: “Believe it or not, I am the prime minister!” And during his successor's mandate, Agim Ceku became the mobile phone tender. In it, the consortium, which initially won the tender but failed to meet the payment, would have to leave the state ark 16.2m euros. This money was to be automatically collected through bank guarantees deposited earlier. Money never pays. At the head of the Government was Agim Ceku, who received the AAK membership book shortly before becoming prime minister, while Anton Berisha, who later became the deputy head of the AAK.”
According to Surroi, Bujar Dugolli, Et '%em Ceku, Agim Ceku, Bajram Kosumi, Anton Berisha and Blerim Shala, despite the differences they have between them further share several points. They all committed harmful acts against the country, in different forms, and by neither one of these actions came the responsibility of either individual or AAK, as a party that allowed them to do harm.
