Eh this wrong promotion of employees has done it on a basic yearly salary of 1,000 and 92 euros.
“in a (1) case we have calculated that an employee in the primary health services department has been classified to the doctor's degree as a specialist until he has no evidence of this qualifications. The wrong increase has resulted in a basic annual salary being higher for 1092$” said in the audience report.
According to the ZKA, not enough classification of employees according to the degree of salary ratings has resulted from overexpensation of wages, respectively, irregular budget spending, writes Indexline.
In this case the ZKA has a recommendation for the chairman.
“The mayor must strengthen staff data processing checks in the wage system and ensure that the necessary actions are taken for the proper classification of employees according to the set classification of wage degrees” is said in the ZKA report.
