EULEX Special Prosecutor Danilo Cecarelli at yesterday's session has demanded that the 30-day detention measure be appointed against the three suspects, Kosovo reports.
But the defense of suspects has rejected this prosecutor's request, given that they are being charged with a case that has been tried earlier and there is no evidence.
Two of the suspects, Bajram Kicmari and Alban Dizdari, have been arrested on Wednesday following a search operation as part of criminal investigations by the Special Prosecutor conducted by EULEX Police and Kosovo Police.
While the third suspect in this case, Faik Shaqiri has been extradited during Wednesday's evening from Germany.
