According to data provided by sources from Turkey's Interior Ministry, following claims that the Turkish flag ship's ship, named “ACT”, which was sailing in the international waters of the Aegean Sea, has opened fire from Greece's coastal security ship to the waters of Rhodes.
It is learned that the Turkish ship's crew has been brought to Turkey's territorial waters accompanied by the Marmaris Coastal Security Command teams, while a statement will be received from them regarding the case. There are traces of bullets on the ship and no wounded persons are emphasized.
Diplomatic sources stress they are in contact with relevant institutions. Meanwhile, in addition to two Coastal Security Command ships, a Turkish Sea Force Command warship has immediately been sent to the region.
