10 years of trial drags on, ages of Sekiraqa

Justice institutions have not had 10 years to try a suspected shooting case.

The exhumation has contributed to the aging of the criminal act causing general risk to Xhemajl Sekiraqes.

Sekiraqa was accused of shooting three times from the roof of his house, damaging the windows of neighbors ' houses.

Initially, Sekiraqa was charged with unauthorized use of weapons, but prosecutor Besa Limani during the session re-qualified criminal activity, calling it a cause of general danger.

So as a result, the chairman of the court, Becir Kaluldra, declared that the absolute aging of the criminal work took place.

Because of the general danger, the sentence of five years in prison is presented, and after this work took place in 2007, it has become its prescription.

A criminal offence is averted if the court does not make a decision over the period of double the prison's prior time for this work.

During his final speech, Sekiraqa widely denied shooting three times, even claiming that he had not been home that day.

According to him, the news of these shootings was received by his mother four days after the event happened.

He even pointed out that he never knew Bucky Deliu and Enver Hysen before.

According to prosecutor's indictment Sekiraqa has used the threat weapon on July 1st 2007 around 16:20 minutes on the “Ahmet Delia” road in Pristina.

The indictment says that Sekiraqa from the roof of his house has fired three shots of unknown type, in which case it has damaged the houses of his neighbours, Bucky Deliu and Enver Hysen.

By the time the shooting at Enver Hysen's house had all been family members.
