The Court of Appeals has declared Androkli Kokthi, the former Tirana Tax Director, innocent.
Androkli Kokth was arrested on February 18th as suspected of consuming criminal work of abuse of office for profit.
He was accused of returning the seized goods to businesses in exchange for money.
Investigations against him had been launched for several months by the Tirana Police and Prosecutor's Prosecutorship after denouncing a private subject.
