The Gilan Ferizaj magistrate on Saturday (July 2nd) looked calm as a result of high temperatures, and Macedonia's 63-year-old citizen who had just dropped out of a van, the temperatures were unaffordable.
He was coming back from a medical treatment he received this morning, but that treatmentman would be the last. A few minutes after he leaves the van, he has an attack and shortly dies.
But until he died, four cars would pass by his body, two of which are also stopped by a passing by the case but no help is given.
Other cars pass by later, but 63-year-old was already dead.
The Founding Prosecutor in Gjilan has since been searching for four people who have been driving four tools that they've passed. They're wanted for a lack of assistance that is criminalised with the Penal Code.
On Monday, July 10th, the first person was arrested. The detainee is F.M. from 1991-born Gjilan and was the fourth car driver who, according to the video, is seen passing by a truck.
The truck is white and can be seen carrying a few scaffolds.
Another person was arrested Tuesday. He's the first red truck driver you were carrying blocks.
This news about Inseder has been confirmed by the prosecutor of the case at Gjilan's Founding Prosecutor, Agron Uka.
He said the second detainee is H.H. from Gjilan 1975, who is seen in the video as he doesn't stop to provide help, even though a passerby asks him to stop.
The passer was interviewed in the quality of the suspect. There is another passinger on the video.
Prosecutor Uka has told Insider that the two arrested were interviewed in the presence of lawyers.
“One is protected by the attorney on official duty and the other is protected by authorised lawyer”, Uka said.
According to him, the two witnesses have issued their statements acknowledging that they have been drivers, but have given their reasons for not being detained.
The second “have admitted to being drivers and have claimed they have not known they have the responsibility to provide assistance and that they have been with transport tools”, Uka told Insideer.
According to the Kosovo Penal Code, paragraph 4, non-relational assistance is a criminal offense.
Both arrested by Prosecutor Uka have been assigned a 48-hour ban.
