In this session with the correction of the request- indictment already A. G. is seeking half the value of money created during marriage and coexistence with L. A total of 37 thousand and 900 euros.
In the required amount, half of the apartment's material value and other real estates are included.
According to the indictment request, the prosecution considers that the interjudical parties during their common married life have created and added their common property.
