The Special Court for alleged war crimes in Kosovo, as of tomorrow, is expected to start its work, following the adoption of the procedure and evidence regulation, which took place last week.
The Special Court in an answer to Indexline has said they are now waiting for the first charges of special prosecution to arrive.
With the entry into force of the Order last week, from today there will be no legal obstacle to taking any bias or charges from the Special Prosecutor's Office”, the court's response is said.
Adoption of the procedure and evidence regulations is also the last legal step for the Court to become fully functional and start its work.
The Special Court, which was formed with the votes of Kosovo Assembly deputies, will judge only the alleged crimes of the Kosovo Liberation Army.
