Police via Twitter have indicated that the shooting occurred in the early morning hours at the local time at the “Powr lounge”, following the row that erupted during a concert being held there.
Little Rock police chief Kenton Buckner said a person is in critical condition, but later his health has stabilised.
The shootout has nothing to do with terrorism”, Buckner said.
