Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq and Serbia's Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic have already exchanged access to Kosovo.
Through the invitation for an internal dialogue in Serbia for Kosovo, which has been made by Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq, the latter is trying to take over the historic and political obligation for Kosovo's issue to settle in the interest of both peoples, Albanian and Serbian, assess connoisseurs of political developments in Kosovo, as well as Albanians and Serbs, writes the newspaper “Zeri” today.
